Downloads
How do I access my download
Right after payment, a download link will appear on your screen. You will also receive an automated email with your links, and if you have a customer account, the files will be saved under "My Downloads."
What file formats do you send
All patterns and instructions are delivered as PDF files. If multiple sizes or views are included, they may be bundled into a ZIP folder, which you can easily extract by right-clicking on a PC or tapping on a mobile device.
Can I download on my phone
Yes, you can download and open the files on any smartphone or tablet. However, we highly recommend transferring them to a computer for printing, as mobile devices often distort the required print scale.
Printing
How do I ensure the pattern prints at the correct size
Always open your PDF in Adobe Reader on a computer and set your printer settings to "Actual Size" or "100% Scale". Never select "Fit to Page", as this will distort the pattern pieces and ruin the fit of your garment.
Can I print only the size I need
Yes, our PDFs use Layers. Open the file in Adobe Reader on a computer, click the layers icon on the left menu, and uncheck the eyes next to the sizes you do not need so you only print your specific size.
What is the test square and how do I use it
Every pattern includes a small test square on the first page. Print only the first page first, measure the square with a physical ruler, and if the measurements match perfectly, you can safely print the rest of the file.
What paper sizes do you provide
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Our home-printer files are formatted to fit both standard A4 and US Letter paper sizes. Just make sure your printer is feeding the paper straight so that the borders and alignment marks align properly.
In addition to the home-printing file, you will receive a large-format A0 PDF. You can send this file to a local or online copy shop to print it on one large continuous sheet of paper, completely eliminating the need for taping pages together.

Are seam allowances included in the pattern
Yes, our patterns come with seam allowances. The exact allowance is specified on the pattern layout and inside the instruction booklet.
What skill level are these patterns suitable for
We offer patterns for various levels, from absolute beginners to advanced sewists. Each pattern is clearly labeled with its difficulty rating, and our step-by-step illustrated instructions will guide you through any tricky techniques.

Licensing
Can I sell items made from your patterns
Our patterns are strictly for personal use only. You may not sell garments made from these patterns, nor copy, share, or resell the digital files. If you are interested in a commercial license, please contact us directly.
can i use your patterns in sewing classes
Yes, we offer special group discounts and licensing packs for sewing schools; please email us before the class starts.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Orders
Can I cancel or return my order for a refund
Because digital patterns are instant downloads and cannot be physically returned, all sales of PDF sewing patterns are final and non-refundable. Please make sure to double-check your cart and read the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
Do I need to create a customer account to place an order
No, you can easily check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating a free account during checkout, as it allows you to access your purchase history and redownload your pattern files at any time in the future.
I accidentally purchased the same pattern twice. What should I do
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
If you accidentally double-ordered the exact same digital pattern in a single or separate transaction, please reach out to us via our contact form with your order numbers. We will happily verify the duplicate and issue a refund for the second purchase.
