1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all purchases made through johannadalvai.com. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The website is operated by Johanna Dalvai, Italy.

2. Products

All products offered through this website are digital PDF sewing patterns. No physical products will be shipped.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. The appearance of the finished garment may vary depending on fabric selection, sewing techniques and individual interpretation of the pattern.

3. Ordering & Payment

By completing the checkout process, you are making an offer to purchase a digital product.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available during checkout. Access to purchased digital files is provided once payment has been successfully completed.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law.

4. Digital Delivery

Purchased files are delivered digitally.

Following successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to download their purchased files together with a confirmation email containing download information.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and downloading and safely storing their purchased files.

5. Licence & Intellectual Property

All sewing patterns, illustrations, written instructions, graphics, photographs and accompanying materials remain the intellectual property of Johanna Dalvai.

The purchase of a pattern grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

Purchased files may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, modified for resale or published in any form.

Garments made from Johanna Dalvai sewing patterns are intended for personal use only and may not be produced for commercial purposes or offered for sale.

6. Sewing Classes & Workshops

Johanna Dalvai sewing patterns may be used in sewing classes and educational workshops provided that each participant owns their own legally purchased copy of the pattern.

Pattern files may not be reproduced or distributed to participants.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

Once access to digital files has been granted, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded except where required by applicable law.

Should you experience technical difficulties accessing your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

8. Limitation of Liability

Every sewing pattern is carefully developed and tested before publication.

Johanna Dalvai cannot accept liability for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect printing settings, inaccurate body measurements, fabric selection, sewing techniques or individual construction methods.

The information provided within the patterns and instruction booklets is intended as guidance only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
