If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

However, this right does not apply to digital content supplied in a non-tangible medium once the supply has begun, provided that:

• you have expressly consented to the immediate supply of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period; and
• you have acknowledged that, by giving your consent, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been provided.

By completing your purchase, requesting immediate access to your digital sewing pattern, and providing the required consent during checkout, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the download or access to the digital files has begun.
